15-minute call
Prefer to talk? Pick a time on the calendar. It is fine to just ask questions — a short call is usually the quickest way to see whether seeding fits where your brand is right now.

With these, our first reply can be specific instead of generic.
- What the product is
- Which countries you have in mind (we run seeding everywhere except China and Hong Kong)
- Roughly how many posts, and when
- If you have seeded before, how it went
Our pricing is public. We bill per post that actually goes live, not per shipment: KRW 60,000 per post, with a 100-post minimum (KRW 6,000,000). If a creator receives the product and never posts, you are not charged for it, or for the time spent chasing it. If you have a quote priced per shipment, divide it by the posting rate to compare: KRW 30,000 per shipment at a 50% posting rate works out to KRW 60,000 per live post.
Verifying an email from us
Check the sender's domain
PLAYLAB email only comes from @playxlab.com and @creator.playxlab.com. If the domain is different, even if it looks close, it is not from us.
We never ask creators to pay anything, and we never ask for passwords, login codes, bank details or crypto wallets. If you are unsure about a message, see the verification guide at playxlab.com/creators/.
