About

PLAYLAB builds the creator data, and runs the TikTok seeding campaigns on top of it.

PLAYLAB is a Seoul-based global TikTok creator seeding agency for K-beauty and consumer brands. We run high-volume product seeding with North America, Southeast Asia, Korea and Japan as core markets — worldwide except China and Hong Kong — on a proprietary dataset of 1,500,000+ global TikTok creators we build and own ourselves.

If your team still has to re-screen creator lists, chase campaign updates and hunt for missing posts after hiring an agency, the work has not truly been outsourced.

We sit between two jobs that are usually handled by different companies. Most agencies borrow their creator network. Most data companies never ship a product to anyone. We do both, which is why the two sides of this page look the way they do.

What we do

On the data side, we operate our own crawling and enrichment pipeline. Creators are identified by their permanent TikTok ID rather than by handle, so a creator who renames their account does not break their own history in our records. Sourcing runs through several paths in parallel — crawling, manual discovery, hashtag chains, and lookalike account search — because no single channel surfaces the same set of creators.

On the operating side, we run gifting campaigns from creator sourcing through to the post-campaign report. That includes screening, outreach, shipping, tracking, and reporting.

Where we operate

We run seeding in every country except China, which we do not serve.

Core markets

North America, Southeast Asia, Korea and Japan.

Large-scale operating experience

Europe and Australia.

Operating capacity

1,000+ seeding placements per month.

How the operation runs

A few specifics, because “we handle it” is not information.

Screening is both automatic and human

An AI pass analyses a creator’s recent content and produces a structured read — age range, skin tone, how much the face appears, brand-safety signals, subject expertise. A person reviews on top of that.

Shipping addresses are re-verified every campaign

We do not reuse a previously recorded address by default. It is the single biggest source of lost parcels in seeding.

Tracking numbers are recorded per creator, per campaign

A product stays traceable across the whole delivery path.

Blocklists accumulate across campaigns

A creator who caused a problem on one campaign is excluded from later ones automatically, rather than being re-discovered by the next sourcing pass.

Outreach suppresses bounces and complaints automatically

Creators who do not want to hear from us stop hearing from us.

Clients get a live campaign dashboard

With a leaderboard view available.

Creators who do not finish are analysed separately

Funnel drop-off is a thing we look at, not a thing we leave out of the report.

What we have run so far

Cumulative as of September 2026. Includes campaigns recorded in our operating system and earlier campaigns we ran manually.

We do not publish per-brand figures. Campaign-level results are covered by our agreement with each brand.

Published terms and private information

We would rather say this outright than have you go looking for it.

Our standard unpaid-seeding terms are public

Our billing unit is a published post, not a shipment. We charge KRW 60,000 per live piece of content actually published, with a minimum of 100 posts and a starting campaign fee of KRW 6,000,000. If a product was shipped and the creator never published, we do not charge you for it, and we do not charge you for the cost of managing those unpublished attempts either. To compare a quote priced per shipment or per creator on the same basis, convert it as vendor unit price ÷ posting rate: KRW 30,000 per shipment at a 50% posting rate is KRW 60,000 per piece of content actually published. The brand covers product cost, international shipping, customs clearance, and duties; costs tied to the market, product, or additional requirements are quoted separately. The product-seeding guide explains the billing structure.

We do not publish benchmark performance figures

Where we cite a campaign result, it is one specific case — not a number to expect. We also do not publish client contract terms.

We do not sell data access

There is no API, no seat licence, and no dataset product. The data exists to run the campaigns.
