How to Tell Whether a Gifting Agency Can Deliver Volume in Europe and Australia

PLAYLAB LAB · Last updated: 2026-09-28

We run TikTok seeding and product gifting campaigns in every country except China, so Europe and Australia are both within our scope. For a large campaign, a country list is only the starting point.

On depth, our record is uneven, and you should know where. The United Kingdom, Spain and Croatia are among our 14 deepest markets. Australia and the rest of Europe are within our coverage but are not on that list.

Campaign coverage is not the same as creator-pool depth

Campaign coverage tells you where an agency can run a campaign. For a volume campaign, also ask for a per-market creator figure rather than relying on a global total or a list of countries.

Here are our own figures. Our TikTok creator dataset holds more than 1.5 million creators. It spans more than 240 countries and regions, which is the same "everywhere except China" footprint as our campaign coverage. More than 60 markets have at least 1,000 creators in the dataset.

The data runs deepest in 14 markets: the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, India, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Spain, Croatia and Canada. These 14 are the deepest part of our coverage. They are not its outer limit.

When you compare agencies, put the same request to each of them. Ask how many creators they hold in each of your target countries, and what counts as "held." That could mean creators they have data on, creators they have contacted, or creators who have completed a campaign with them. Figures built on different definitions can't be compared side by side.

Where we are deep in Europe, and where Australia sits

If your volume is concentrated in the UK or Spain, or Croatia is part of the plan, those markets are in our deepest tier.

Australia is within our campaign coverage but not among our 14 deepest markets. The same applies to European markets outside those three, such as Germany, France or the Nordics. Treat the per-market creator count as the deciding figure for those countries before you commit a large share of volume to them. That applies to us and to any other agency you are considering. If most of your campaign sits in Australia, depth in the UK tells you little about how the Australian part will run.

Separate what was shipped from what was posted

Volume claims mean little until you know what was counted. Our cumulative figures cover everything we have run to date, across all markets. They combine our operational database with campaigns we ran manually outside it:

  • more than 100 seeding campaigns
  • more than 10,000 creators who completed a collaboration
  • more than 15,000 uploaded pieces of content

These totals are not specific to Europe or Australia, and they are not a forecast for any single country or deadline. In a single month, we have run more than 1,000 creator collaborations for one brand. That shows what our operation can handle. It is not a promise of output in a particular market.

The distinction between shipping and posting matters most at scale. In gifting-only seeding, where creators receive the product but no fee, the average upload rate is 60–70%. It never reaches 100%. A promise of 90% or more can signal that the agency has moved to lower-tier creators to protect the rate. We explain the reasons behind this in why a 60% upload rate is normal in gifting-only seeding.

Because of this gap, we bill per piece of live content actually uploaded. We don't bill per parcel sent. Our published rate is KRW 60,000 per uploaded piece. Campaigns start at a minimum of 100 live pieces, which comes to KRW 6 million.

Who does the work between shortlist and report?

For a large gifting campaign, clarify who is responsible for each step between creator selection and reporting.

Our service covers the whole chain: finding creators, reaching out to them, shipping the product, tracking uploads automatically, and reporting on performance. If you are comparing agencies, ask each one which of these steps it performs itself and which ones remain with you. When we fit a Europe or Australia brief, and when we don't

We are a strong candidate in three cases: your volume is weighted toward the UK, Spain or Croatia, you want one team running the process end to end, and you want to pay for posted content rather than shipments.

Look harder at our fit in two cases. The first is when most of your volume is in Australia or in European markets outside our deepest tier. There, per-market depth is the figure to confirm first. The second is when you want a test smaller than 100 live pieces, which falls below our minimum. For a broader fit check, read whether PLAYLAB is right for your TikTok seeding campaign.
